While we are assisting you in remodeling your kitchen we could order the Bath, Entertainment room or Office cabinets or build in that special niche to compliment your kitchen. We can make those places look like furniture with curved fronts for the Bath or Elegant Enkoball designs for the old world look you are desiring
These are the steps to getting you a quote:
1) Choose the Wood Species or materials of construction; we can help you to understand the differences.
2) Choose the stain or paint colors for the outside of the cabinet color; we can help you with this process.
3) Choose the door style wanted; we can help you narrow down the selection by showing you some examples.
4) Choose the quality range you desire; we can help you select the benefits and features most important to you by examples and specification.
5) The style of your home/area being remodeled is important.
6) Who are the decision makers
; Who is paying for it;
What is the scope of the work to be done
; Where is the project to be installed;
Are you living there now;
When do you plan to start the project;
and What is the budget?
These are all important questions to have addressed as you begin a renovation/repair/upgrade project.
7) There is a process which is part of every remodel experience. The remodel process is dusty for the take out of your old materials; the electrical or plumbing upgrades or repairs may need to be done after take out and could take weeks to finish depending on the degree of the remodel. Some cabinet installs could take a couple of days ---- some can take a months more depending on the project and the degree of changes to be done. Three (3) plus months is not uncommon for a project with electrical, plumbing, and wall moving or wall changes.
8) Payment of your design fee or consultation will be the next step to get you on our list of clients to be processed. We are busy and we are working with current clients and ongoing jobs as our first priority. "Design fees paid" puts you next on our "TO DO" list!
A) We have a service for Consultation for $100./hr (starting from when we leave the office til when we are finished with your home appointment), OR B) Design fee of $1000 for a simple kitchen redesign on home of up to 2750 sq ft; a design fee of $1500.00 for homes 2750 - 4250 sq ft; or a design fee of $2000.00 for larger homes of 4250 sq ft or more ..(to be applied to the purchase of your Kitchen Cabinets when purchased from us).
Often kitchens have been running from $50,000 in a $200,000 for a home - to well over $300,000 - (maybe 100,000 for the cabinet portion of the remodel before installation and flooring, countertops, lighting, splash and appliances) in a home valued at over $900,000.
You may rough figure a ball park of about 25% of the value of your home for a complete kitchen remodel..
There is a large difference between " jobsite built custom cabinets" where finish needs touch up after less than 7 years -
and pre-built fully custom manufactured cabinets built to YOUR specification, construction and finish with a baked on finish.

We sell mostly Pre-built Cabinets from Semi-Custom to Fully Custom Cabinets. They have a better finish than the "skilled craftsman" can build you from his table saw, many of those lasting only 1 to 7 years, although we are able to provide those when nothing else really works.
They have better finishes that will last you for over 30 years with proper maintenance and cleaning, much like the new, wonderful, pre-finished flooring with limited warrantees of 30 years.
