These are the steps to getting you a quote:

1) Choose the Wood Species or materials of construction; we can help you to understand the differences.

2) Choose the stain or paint colors for the inside & outside of the cabinet color; we can help you with this process.

3) Choose the door style wanted; we can help you narrow down the selection by showing you some examples. 

4) Choose the size of all appliances and fixtures you desire; we can help you select the benefits and features most important to you

5) The style of your home/area being remodeled is important.

6) Who are the decision makers

; Who is paying for it;

What is the scope of the work to be done

; Where is the project to be installed;

 Are you living there now;

 When do you plan to start the project;

and What is the budget? 

These are all important questions to have addressed as you begin a renovation/repair/upgrade project.

7) There is a process which is part of every remodel experience. The remodel process is dusty for the take out of your old materials; the electrical or plumbing upgrades or repairs may need to be done after take out and could take weeks to finish depending on the degree of the remodel. Some cabinet installs could take a couple of days ----  some can take a months more depending on the project and the degree of changes to be done. Three (3)  plus months is not uncommon for a project with electrical, plumbing, and wall moving or wall changes. 

8) Payment of your design fee or consultation will be the next step to get you on our list of clients to be processed.  We are busy and we are working with current clients and ongoing jobs as our first priority. "Design fees paid" puts you next on our "TO DO" list!

           A) We have a service for Consultation for $125./hr (starting from when we leave the office til when we are finished with your home appointment), OR           B) Design fee of $1250 for a simple kitchen redesign on home of up to 2750 sq ft; a design fee of ~+$2000.00 for more complex  homes of about 2500 - 4250 sq ft; or a design fee of $3000.00  for larger homes of 4250 sq ft or more ..(to be applied to the purchase of your Kitchen Cabinets when purchased from us).    No refund for special made to order cabinets with custom colors and specialty items ordered and install just for you ...   NO CABINETs ORDERED for the size of space designed - no discount of design amount. 

Often kitchens have been running from $50,000 in a $200,000 for a home   -   to well over $300,000 - (maybe 100,000 for the cabinet portion of the remodel before installation and flooring, countertops, lighting, splash and appliances) in a home valued at over $900,000. 

You may rough figure a ball park of about 25% of the value of your home for a complete kitchen remodel..
